Ok, that video has a pretty BS title.
Sure, the guy used metasploit to get a shell opened but then he opens up VNC?!?! Windows systems do not commonly have VNC on them ... not even close. You'd have compromise the targeted system somehow in the first place to even get it there (and if you can do that, there's much better means to accomplish this end goal). Furthermore, when you use VNC, by default, the user of the computer can see *everything* that you're doing and interact with the system too. You have to configure it otherwise for the video not to show and/or to lock out local input. Anyway, if they start seeing the mouse moving suddenly all by itself or something weird going on, it's very likely thet they're just going to "pull the plug".
Also, the guy "hacks" the webcam by opening up a basic image capture program...
